Ms. Bloom specializes in helping clients buy and sell businesses, representing a mix of industries and sectors. As a business owner herself, Ms. Bloom understands the mindset of an entrepreneur and the personal aspect of being a business owner. 

Ms. Bloom is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and is a frequent presenter on issues relating to small and emerging business and corporate bankruptcy. She was a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2018 and 2019 according to SuperLawyers Magazine.

Nella will cover succession planning and the business sale process for companies, different considerations for service-based businesses, and the wind-down process.

Harold Deloach is the Director of Education and Training for the Leaders of Electrical License Preparation courses for Philadelphia and The Lehigh Valley. He is the founder and Director of The Academy of Industrial Arts L.L.C., a customized electrician training program that provides entry-level electrician training courses, electrical safety classes and customized electrical construction courses. He is trained by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). His level of knowledge affords him to teach entry, intermediate, and master level electricians. Armed with more than 20 years of experience in the electrical, general construction, and real estate development industry, he offers his students and clients several unique skill sets.

Harold will close out the day discussing how to recruit and retain today’s workforce.

Bill Kinnard has over 35 years of experience in Business Training, HVAC Sales, Service Management, Sales Management and Customer Service. He has worked with companies both large and small and has a unique ability to connect with people. He is an individual with a real passion for teaching contractors to better understand their businesses and help their employees become superior performers. 

Bill will be focused on helping attendees better understand the various components of pricing their services.
