The electrical and heating and air trades are booming, leaving several opportunities for future generations to land well paying, in-demand jobs. Technical programs gain access to our employer network, helping them round out education program.

Membership Qualifications – Technical/Academic Programs

To join as a Technical/Academic Program the entity must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Eligibility

Entities with accredited academic programs in the electrical and heating and air conditioning fields.

Membership Qualifications – Students

To join as a student, the individual must be enrolled in an accredited technical/academic training program. The students’ school need not be a member of EAP.

Key Features/Benefits of Membership for Technical/Academic Programs and Students

Student Recognition: EAP provides student awards to members schools/programs to recognize top electrical/HVAC students in their program. Winners are selected by technical/academic institutions and is intended to enhance current recognition programs.

Electric Expo: The Expo makes for a great field trip for your best performing students to check out the electrical industries latest and greatest products and services. Student program is available to members only, though access to the show for individual students is free!


Membership Dues

Fees associated with membership are the same for both Manufacturers and Manufacturers’ Representatives. Dues are paid annually and prorated in the second year of membership.
