Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code – Procedure, Process, and Permits

This class provides an overview of Pennsylvania’s Uniform Construction Code (UCC) and the requirements for securing construction permits across the Commonwealth. Participants will gain an understanding of when permits are required, which codes are adopted under the UCC, and how the construction permitting process works in Pennsylvania.

Because permitting procedures can vary and are often confusing, this session is designed to clarify the process and help professionals better navigate requirements that impact their work. Join us to strengthen your understanding of the UCC and the permit process that governs construction projects statewide.

Heating/Cooling Equipment Sizing – A Plan Reviewer’s Perspective Webinar

This webinar reviews code requirements for properly sizing heating and cooling equipment in accordance with Pennsylvania’s adopted mechanical and energy codes, including ACCA Manual J and Manual S.
