EAP Scholarships

EAP Scholarships are reserved for the family members of EAP Member Companies. Scholarships will be awarded based upon the submission about academic performance, extracurricular activities, and volunteer/community activities. Applicants will need to upload a copy of their most recent high school transcript, SAT scores, and will have to respond an essay prompt. New for 2025: One scholarship will be made available to a post-high school or current college student.


Eligibility (Current High School senior):

  • Be a current High School senior planning on attending your freshman year of college beginning in the Fall of 2025 (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Be a dependent son, daughter or grandchild of a full-time employee of an EAP member company.
  • The parent/guardian must have been employed by the EAP member company for at least one year as of January 1 of the year in which the scholarships are awarded.
  • The parent/guardian must be employed the EAP member company at the time awards are announced.
  • The EAP member company must be in good standing by March 31 of the scholarship year.

Eligibility (Post-High School student):

  • Be a post High School student, or current college student, planning on attending your freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year of college beginning in the Fall of 2025 (at least 12 credits per semester).
  • Be a dependent son, daughter or grandchild of a full-time employee of an EAP member company.
  • The parent/guardian must have been employed by the EAP member company for at least one year as of January 1 of the year in which the scholarships are awarded.
  • The parent/guardian must be employed the EAP member company at the time awards are announced.
  • The EAP member company must be in good standing by March 31 of the scholarship year.

Application Process:

Please gather the following information as you prepare to apply:

  • Your intended college of choice (if you have not yet selected one, list your top choice), or current college
  • A copy of your high school transcripts (they do not need to be “official,” but must include your name), or college transcript
  • A list of your extracurricular activities, honors, and awards
  • A list of your community service and volunteer activities
  • An essay answering the following question (max 1,000 words each essay): Please tell us about your career aspirations, a challenge you have overcome, or your how you wish to make an impact on the world.
  • SAT score document (for High School seniors)
