James Dollard
Director of Code Compliance, United Inspection Agency
Jim has worked in the electrical industry for over 40 years. As a long time NFPA committee member serving on many NEC committees and NFPA 70E. Jim provides presentations that provide significant clarity on all code and safety related topics.

Marc Faulkner
Owner, Faulkner Inspection Services
Faulkner Inspection Services is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry (PA DOL) as a third-party inspection agency. Mr. Faulkner currently holds 16 PA DOL UCC certifications including Electrical Inspector, Electrical Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, and Building Code Official.
His experience in the electrical trade began as an apprentice in 1992 with the IBEW. After completing the five-year apprenticeship program, he worked in the field as an inside journeyman wireman until 2010. Since then, he has worked in the area of electrical inspections for third-party agencies, municipalities, and for the last 7 years – his own third-party inspection agency. His construction field experience lends to a solid understanding of how various codes and standards work together for code compliant and ultimately safer projects.

Ralph Goldsborough
Owner, R G Electrical Services
Ralph Goldsborough brings nearly 40 years of electrical industry experience to his presentations. Starting his career in the United States Navy as an electrician, he progressed into a High Voltage Electrician before joining the public sector in 2007. In addition to working in the United States Navy and then Square D (now Schneider Electric), Mr. Goldsborough shared his expertise as an instructor at Delaware Community College, where he taught for six years. A Master Electrician since 2017, Mr. Goldsborough is also an Electrical Inspector in the state of Delaware.

Michal Hofkin
Lead Regulatory Engineer, Codes and Regulatory Services, UL Solutions
Michal has a long career within the electrical industry, currently working for UL Solutions as a Lead Regulatory Engineer. Prior to this role, he served as an Electrical Inspector and Master Electrician as well as an instructor for various organizations. He is former Chairman of the Board of the IAEI and is still registered and licensed as a residential and general electrical inspector as well as an electrical plan reviewer in Pennsylvania.

Mike Miller
Curriculum & Trainer Manager, Electrical Association (Minnesota)
Our newest instructor joins us from our sister association in Minnesota! Currently, Mr. Miller is responsible for the associations’ curriculum and provides direct supervision to trainers of the Electrical Association (MN). Mr. Miller’s experience includes being a journey worker electrician, an industrial electrical contractor, as well as an adjust technical college Electrical Instructor.
