Membership Qualifications

Eligibility

EAP Contractor Membership is available to companies who are qualified to install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial energy systems.

Types of companies eligible include, but are not limited to:

  • HVAC/R Contractors
  • Electrical Contractors
  • Generator Installers
  • Renewable Energy Contractors
  • Smart Roof Contractors
  • Solar Energy Contractors

Requirements

As part of the application process, you will be required to submit proof of the following (as appropriate):

  • Carry and maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 (aggregate) of general liability insurance
  • Workers compensation insurance (as appropriate)
  • Valid HIC Number (if providing residential service)
  • Philadelphia Electrical License Number and expiration date (if conducting electrical work in Philadelphia)

Included in your membership are programs designed to drive more business to your company. Contractors are invited to enroll in our Locate a Contractor program to gain more leads. If your company installs HVAC equipment, your sales team now has access to yet another incentive through our residential rebate program. Member to member referral service is also available, eliminating the need for you or your customer to search for another provider.

Scholarship funds for you/your employee’s families
