EAP Business Solutions provide a variety of services, programs, and resources to assist you in running a more efficient business, develop you and your employees, and increase your bottom line!


Continuing Education

With more than 20 in-house and virtual classes held annually, EAP is your go-to for your continuing education and training needs. Continuing education credits are available for licensees who hold their licenses in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Select courses are eligible for IEEE PDH’s credits.


Contractor Business Leads

The EAP provides customers with qualified contractors to conduct work in their homes or place of business through our Locate a Contractor Program. Whether a customer is sent to us through PECO, word of mouth, or if they find us via the web, contractor members who maintain up-to-date insurance information, service area zip codes, and HIC numbers ensure they receive customer leads as part of their membership.


Credit Union

Utilities Employees Credit Union is The Official Credit Union of the EAP. UECU's products and services have been uniquely tailored to meet the needs of employees working in the utility and energy industries. and are dedicated to helping owners and employees of EAP member companies in reaching their short-term and long-term financial goals.


Customer Financing

Through our partnership with the National Energy Improvement Fund, EAP members have access to trusted customer financing for both residential and commercial projects.


Debt Collections Solutions

EAP has partnered with Tucker Albin & Associates, a debt collection firm with offices located across the country, to help EAP members recover their past-due receivables.


Department of Licenses and Inspections (Philadelphia County)

Are you a contractor working in the city of Philadelphia?  Becoming a member of the EAP gives you a voice with the department and access to EAP staff to help navigate department policies, changes, and procedures.


EAP 401K Plan

The EAP is pleased to offer a Multiple Employer Aggregation 401(k) Retirement Program in conjunction with Lincoln Financial Group and Firstrust Financial Resources.

Human Resource Assistance – My Benefit Advisor

Looking for medical, dental or vision benefits? Need help with HR issues? Looking to ensure you are compliant with changing laws regarding health care? The EAP has you covered. EAP members have access to the My Benefits Advisor program, intended to serve as a human resources extension of your business. Whether you need HR expertise as an employer or as an individual, My Benefits Advisor offers a range of services specifically geared toward small business owners and contractors.


Membership Directory

EAP’s annual Membership Directory includes contact information for key industry decision makes as well as company profiles for EAP member companies. 


PA One Call Service

Included in membership for our contractor base, send your unpaid invoice to EAP and we will pay it for you! To take advantage of this service, email your unpaid invoice to Mair Malfara.


PECO

PECO Updates and Relations

Staying aligned with PECO improves overall service to your customers; the EAP works closely with PECO to keep contractors informed and facilitate important dialog on rebates and other services. Have a unique issue that you need addressed? Contact our executive director, Sarah Hagy.


Residential Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Rebate Program

HVAC contractors and distributors/manufacturers partner to offer customers additional financial incentives to install more efficient heating and air conditioning systems. This program is facilitated by EAP and rebates may be used in combination with PECO rebates! To learn more about this program and/or enroll, contact Matt Deibert.


EAP Educational Foundation

Scholarships through the EAP Educational Foundation

Add this as a feature to your company’s benefits package! This exclusive members-only benefit offers member company employees access to up to $19,000 in scholarship funds. Applications are accepted January – March of each year.
