Continuing Education
With more than 20 in-house and virtual classes held annually, EAP is your go-to for your
continuing education and training needs. Continuing education credits are available for licensees who hold their licenses in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Select courses are eligible for IEEE PDH’s credits.
Contractor Business Leads – Locate a Contractor Program
The EAP provides customers with qualified contractors to conduct work in their homes or place of business. Whether a customer is sent to us through PECO, word of mouth, or if they find us via the web, contractor members who maintain up-to-date insurance information, service area zip codes, and HIC numbers ensure they receive customer leads as part of their membership.
Customer Financing
Through our partnership with the National Energy Improvement Fund, EAP members have access to trusted customer financing for both residential and commercial projects.
Department of Licenses and Inspections (Philadelphia County)
Are you a contractor working in the city of Philadelphia? Becoming a member of the EAP gives you a voice with the department and access to EAP staff to help navigate department policies, changes, and procedures.

Residential Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Rebate Program
HVAC contractors and distributors/manufacturers partner to offer customers additional financial incentives to install more efficient heating and air conditioning systems. This
program is facilitated by EAP and rebates may be used in combination with PECO rebates!

Scholarships through the EAP Educational Foundation
Add this as a feature to your company’s benefits package! This exclusive
members-only benefit offers member company employees access to up to $21,000 in scholarship funds, with awards ranging from $2,000 to $5,000. Applications are accepted January – March of each year.
