Sarah Hagy, CAE

Executive Director & CEO
Sarah oversees all aspects of the association, working closely with the team to execute the vision and direction of the association, as determined by the Governing Board. Major areas of responsibility include:

Mair Malfara

Deputy Executive Director
A member of the association staff for nearly 40 years, Mair oversees association operations, administration, as well as a variety of association programs and services including:

Matt Deibert

Program Manager
Joining the team in 2019, Matt manages membership and customer inquiries, in addition to overseeing a variety of member programs, services and events, including:
  • Contractor Referral Program Enrollment and Management
  • Customer Contractor Referrals 
  • Electric Expo Registration and Administration 
  • Event Registration and Administration 
  • New Member Applications and Onboarding 
  • Membership Management and Eligibility Compliance (e.g. insurance)
  • Residential Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Rebate Program
